Complete Remodeling
Before hurricane Maria we remodeled many areas of the Caribe Hilton, we build the main bar and terrace, all the ballrooms and Presidential Suites. After hurricane Maria we were in charge of the complete hotel restoration.
LA CONCHA HOTEL
Pool Bar & Presidential Suite
In iconic La Concha Renaissance Hotel in Condado we were in charge of building the new pool bar and grill and remodeling the Presidential Suite interior and terrace.
RESIDENTIAL INTERIOR
Complete Remodeling
This apartment in Gallery Plaza was completely remodeled. We replace the floors, installed ceiling and wall facias, replace the kitchen and build new bathrooms. The interior design was in charge of Pilar Moreno studio.
MULTINATIONAL INSURANCE
Complete Remodeling
The rooftop of the Multinational building at Hato Rey was closed and converted into a corporate training and events facility with A/C, full kitchen, new electricity and new windows and elevator.
GARDEN WING ROOMS
Complete Interior Remodeling
After hurricane Maria the Garden wing of the Caribe Hilton was completely destroyed, Second Base LLC was hired to restore all the rooms in the tower and all the hallways. Also, new electricity and A/C system was installed.

After hurricane Maria the Garden wing of the Caribe Hilton was completely destroyed, Second Base LLC was hired to restore all the building exterior with patching, new paint, new windows and railings.

Second Base LLC was hired to remodel the complete interior of Morton's Steakhouse famous restaurant in the Caribe Hilton.
